I went and saw X-Men 2 last night - definitely a good flick! Wolverine’s hair is much better in the second one. ;) No review today, but I do recommend it.
Sushi!
In other news, I had sushi for the first time last night! It was actually pretty good and no, Mom, I did not get sick. ;)
Common Sense and Computers
See…this is what Microsoft lacks…common sense. Case in point:
Ethernet adapter Wireless:Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Cable Disconnected</blockquote>The cable disconnected on a wireless adapter?? Noooo!
I just saw that today, and thought it was mildly humorous.
Back in Town!
I’m back in town for the weekend. Tonight, I had dinner at The Outpost on Clark - I had “Five Spice Duck Breast”. It was quite good and I think I will definitely visit there again. Other good meals include the Wild Boar as well as the Pork with grits. Their in-house martini’s are excellent. I then proceeded down to 930 Belmont for some more excellent martini’s. The place definitely wasn’t packed, but that’s more than fine by me. There are wonderful booths that you can sit in and it seems like a great little place to go and hide out for a while.
I have to head back out to the burbs tomorrow to pick up some more stuff and do some stuff at work as well - I like this city thing, though.
Peeps

So Much Going on, So Little Internet Access
So I’ve moved into the city and there’s tons going on, but I’ve posted next to nothing about it. I guess it doesn’t help that I didn’t have Internet access all weekend. Not to mention the fact that I’ve been condemned to Cleveland for the next three weeks…but that’s another story for another time. For now, I need to catch up on some zzz’s.
Odd
That’s odd, my webserver went down at 6am this morning. Bleck

The Beginning of Hacking the Network!
Seeing as how I’m moving in a few days, I’m going through all my old stuff. I just found a piece of paper from high school with a bunch of different network configuration settings on it. And thus began my love of mapping and hacking the network. Ever since that point, it seems I’ve always been working to map out any network I’ve been on and understand how it works. Just thought I would regale you with that trip down memory lane. :)
