Well that was pretty cool.

I found out today that there were some fireworks within walking distance (~2 miles) of me. So I decided to head down there this eve. On my way down, they had six bombers flying over in formation a bunch of times.

I then mingled around until I found what I guessed would be a pretty good spot - I didn’t let myself down. I was probably only a couple hundred feet from where they were lighting off the fireworks. I even had fiery ashes raining down around me - it was pretty cool, but a lot of people did not appreciate the fire rain. :) To bed for now as I have a special quest for tomorrow morning!
